Terms and Conditions for the Members’ Draw to Win a Cruise to Hawaii

1. Eligibility 1.1. The Members’ Draw of $25,000 Share in Holidays & Cash (the “Draw”) is open to all current members of Club Musgrave (the “Organisation”) who are 18 years or older as of the start date of the Draw. 1.2. Employees, directors, officers, and their immediate families that live under the same roof of Club Musgrave are not eligible to participate in the Hawaii Draw. They are able to participate in the Brisbane and Adelaide Draw – excluding employees and their immediate families that live under the same roof. 1.3. The winner of the Draw must have a current passport to win the major Hawaii Cruise draw.
2. Promotion Period 2.1. The Draw commences on 1^st of July and ends on 27^th October (the “Promotion Period”). The Hawaii Draw is on 24^th August and The Adelaide Draw is 27^th October.
3. How to Enter 3.1. To enter the Draw, eligible participants must by swiping their members card at the kiosk, purchasing anything at the bar at the value of $5 and spending $20 on a gaming machine.
4. Prize 4.1. The Hawaii prize consists of a cruise for 2 persons to Hawaii, including air fares, accommodation and the cruise. The cruise date is 13^th October 2024 but the winners will be flown a few days before to spend a few days in Hawaii before the cruise and flown back to Gold Coast from Sydney on 1^st November. 4.2. The prize is valued at approximately $22,000 and is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes from Club Musgrave. The prize is transferable keeping within the rules of 6.4..
5. Exclusions 5.1. The prize excludes the following; Airport/Hotel transfers, Meals/Beverages – not stated in the prize, Optional Activities, Travel Insurances, Personal Expenses, Optional Gratuities, VISA fees/requirements etc.
6. Winner Selection 6.1. The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on Saturday 24^th August at Club Musgrave from 5pm. 6.2. The winner needs to be present on the day and time of draw to win. 6.3. If the winner does not present themselves to staff within 3 minutes of the notification, or if they are found to be ineligible, a new winner will be drawn. 6.4. The winner will then have until Monday 26^th August 12:00pm (noon) to let function management know all of the required information.
7. Prize Acceptance 7.1. The winner must provide a valid physical photo ID in the form of – Current Australian/International Drivers License, Current Passport (any country) and/or Current Proof of Age Card and any additional information required to claim the prize. 7.2. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or altered.
8. General Conditions 8.1. Club Musgrave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. 8.2. Club Musgrave reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw if necessary, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Liability 9.1. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of accepting or using the prize. 9.2. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may affect the entry process.
10. Privacy 10.1. By entering the Draw, the winner consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Club Musgrave for the purpose of administering the Draw and promoting the Organisation.
11. Governing Law 11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
