Terms and Conditions for the Members’ Draw to Win a Weekend to Barossa Valley

1. Eligibility 1.1. The Members’ Draw of $25,000 Share in Holidays & Cash (the “Draw”) is open to all current members of Club Musgrave (the “Organisation”) who are 18 years or older as of the start date of the Draw. 1.2. Employees and their immediate families that live under the same roof of Club Musgrave are not eligible to participate in the Adelaide Draw. Directors, officers, and their immediate families that live under the same roof are eligible to participate in this draw.
2. Promotion Period 2.1. The Draw commences on 1^st of July and ends on 27^th October (the “Promotion Period”). The Adelaide Draw is 27^th October.
3. How to Enter 3.1. To enter the Draw, eligible participants must by swiping their members card at the kiosk, purchasing anything at the bar at the value of $5 and spending $20 on a gaming machine.
4. Prize 4.1. The Adelaide prize consists of a weekend getaway for 2 persons to Barossa Valley, including air fares, accommodation and winery tour of Peter Lehmann. The fly out date is Friday 22^nd November 2024 and will fly back on Sunday 24^th November 4.2. The prize is valued at approximately $3,000 and is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes from Club Musgrave. The prize is transferable keeping within the rules of 6.4..
5. Exclusions 5.1. The prize excludes the following; Airport/Hotel transfers, Meals/Beverages – not stated in the prize, Optional Activities, Travel Insurances, Personal Expenses, Optional Gratuities etc.
6. Winner Selection 6.1. The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on Sunday 27^th October at Club Musgrave from 2pm. 6.2. The winner needs to be present on the day and time of draw to win. 6.3. If the winner does not present themselves to staff within 3 minutes of the notification, or if they are found to be ineligible, a new winner will be drawn. 6.4. The winner will then have until Monday 28^th October 12:00pm (noon) to let general management know all of the required information.
7. Prize Acceptance 7.1. The winner must provide a valid physical photo ID in the form of – Current Australian/International Drivers License, Current Passport (any country) and/or Current Proof of Age Card and any additional information required to claim the prize. 7.2. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or altered.
8. General Conditions 8.1. Club Musgrave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. 8.2. Club Musgrave reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw if necessary, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Liability 9.1. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of accepting or using the prize. 9.2. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may affect the entry process.
10. Privacy 10.1. By entering the Draw, the winner consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Club Musgrave for the purpose of administering the Draw and promoting the Organisation.
11. Governing Law 11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
