The Draw commences every Wednesday night at 8:00pm\, every Friday at 8:30pm and every Sunday evening at 5:00pm (the “Promotion Period”).\n How to Enter 3.1. To enter the Draw\, eligible participants must be a current Club Musgrave member.\n Prize 4.1. The Draw prize starts at $500.00 and will increase every draw $100.00 if not claimed until the Draw hits $5\,000.00 or until it has been claimed. 4.2. No matter which day the Draw has been won on it will then go back down to $500.00 for the next draw and restart. 4.3. Once the Draw is at $5\,000.00 it will stay at this amount for the rest of the days until won.\n Winner Selection 5.1. The winner will be selected through a random digital draw conducted every Wednesday night at 8:00pm\, every Friday night at 8:30pm and every Sunday evening at 5:00pm. 5.2. The winner needs to be present on the day and time of the draw to win. 6.3. If the winner does not present themselves to staff within 3 minutes of the notification\, or if they are found to be ineligible\, a new winner will be drawn.\n Prize Acceptance 6.1. The winner must provide a valid physical photo ID in the form of – Current Australian/International Drivers License\, Current Passport (any country) and/or Current Proof of Age Card and any additional information required to claim the prize. 6.2. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or altered. 6.3. Member must show their members card with matching name in order to claim their prize.\n General Conditions 7.1. Club Musgrave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. 7.2. Club Musgrave reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw if necessary\, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its control.\n Liability 8.1. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any loss\, damage\, or injury that may occur as a result of accepting or using the prize. 8.2. Club Musgrave is not responsible for any technical issues\, errors\, or failures that may affect the entry process.\n Privacy 9.1.
